Elise Privé collects SMS consent through its website, eliseprive.com. Customers voluntarily provide their mobile phone number through an online form and are presented with a separate, unchecked SMS consent checkbox. The customer must affirmatively check the box agreeing to receive SMS messages from Elise Privé before submitting the form. The disclosure states that the customer consents to receive recurring SMS messages from Elise Privé, including appointment reminders, promotional offers, and business-related communications; message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies; customers may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. The SMS consent checkbox is optional and is not required to make a purchase or receive services. Elise Privé maintains the customer's SMS opt-in consent.
